By requesting, approving, scheduling, or allowing service, the client authorizes Pestmaster Services of Orlando, operated by Easy Home Now LLC, to enter the property and perform the requested inspection, treatment, follow-up, monitoring, or approved pest control service.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and apply only to the services, pests, and treatment areas described in the estimate or agreement. Additional pests, areas, conditions, or services may require a separate quote.

Pest control is a process, and results may vary based on pest species, infestation level, property conditions, sanitation, moisture, access, landscaping, weather, neighboring properties, customer cooperation, and other factors outside our control. Some activity may continue or temporarily increase after treatment before it decreases.

Any guarantee or retreatment policy, when offered, is limited to retreatment only for the covered pest and treated areas. No refunds are included unless stated in writing. Guarantees require the client to follow technician recommendations, including preparation, sanitation, moisture reduction, exclusion, follow-up scheduling, and avoiding over-the-counter products that may interfere with treatment.

Pestmaster Services of Orlando is not responsible for reinfestation, new pest activity, or continued activity caused by untreated areas, structural openings, sanitation issues, moisture, neighboring properties, shared walls, tenant activity, landscaping, weather, or other conditions outside our control.

The client must provide safe and reasonable access to service areas and disclose any health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, children, pets, aquariums, or special concerns before treatment. People and pets must remain away from treated areas until dry or until re-entry is approved by the technician.

Pestmaster Services of Orlando is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden damage, structural damage, pest-related damage, termite damage, rodent damage, contamination, odors, stains, moisture conditions, or repairs unless specifically included in a written agreement. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

By approving, scheduling, paying for, or allowing service to be performed, the client agrees to these terms.
